Do you guarantee every device can be fixed?

No. Severe liquid damage, cracked circuit boards, unavailable parts, corrosion, and previous repair attempts can make some equipment impractical or impossible to repair.

Will the diagnostic fee be refunded?

Your final policy can apply the diagnostic fee toward an approved repair or keep it separate. Update this answer once your pricing policy is finalized.

Do you repair mailed-in equipment?

Mail-in service can be offered later. Customers should receive shipping instructions and a repair number before sending equipment.

Can you recover files from old computers?

Basic file-transfer and recovery services may be available. Successful recovery depends on the condition of the drive and should never be guaranteed.
